Your glutes should be tense, and your knees should be pressed towards your chest. Hold this stance for 10 seconds before lowering your legs.
  4. Workout for the Shoulders
    Your left hand should be on your right shoulder. Your right hand should be on your left elbow. Gently press your left elbow towards your body with your hands. It takes place while scooping your left arm upwards. Hold this posture for 5 to 10 seconds before repeating on the opposite side.

Another exercise is to stretch one hand over your head and behind your back. Hold the elbow of the extending hand with your other free hand. Bend slowly towards the freehand. Hold this posture for 5 seconds before switching sides.
